The strategy of our project is business-oriented, and consists of interaction with children with special needs, as well as with their surrounding world. The main vector of interaction is aimed at solving acute social problems faced by the pupils of the “Sunny House”. The fact is that today, people do not attach much importance to the development, education and broadening of the horizons of children with special needs. According to representatives of the “Solar House” organization and the parents of the students of this organization, we learned that neither students nor volunteers had come to them for about 4 years. This problem acutely affects children, leading to isolation and renunciation from society. Also, one of the important problems is parents’ ignorance about the characteristics of the psychological and physical development of such children. As a result, parents began to abandon them more often in maternity hospitals.
To implement the project, we chose the direction of introducing science into the lives of children with special needs. We believe that it is in such an environment that children will be able to open up from a new side and show all their abilities to the world, thereby interest everyone with their openness, curiosity and positive mood.
We believe that our project will be able to highlight the social problems of children with special needs, make people actively study their problems, and also be able to come to a possible solution to these problems. To highlight the activities of our project, we actively use social networks, in particular Instagram, and We disseminate information through personal acquaintances of each participant.
