Project justification

The Kazakh people have a rich historical past, the pages of their history are inextricably linked with the history of all of Central Asia and Eurasia, the territory of which is rightfully considered one of the most ancient centers of human civilization. History as a science is an integral element of the spiritual development of both an individual and society as a whole. Knowledge of the history of one’s Motherland and one’s people forms civic qualities - patriotism, love for the Motherland, one’s people, and its past. It allows you to understand the moral and moral values ​​of humanity in their development, to understand such categories as honor and duty to society. Of particular importance are the ideological and educational functions at the university, where the “History of Kazakhstan”, being part of the humanitarian cycle, is designed to form a morally healthy, civically active person living in a legal and democratic society. That is why our project aims to:
Restoring the historical consciousness of the population of the city of Petropavlovsk. This is important for creating a unified national and civic identity.

Formation of patriotism among citizens: Knowledge of the history of one’s country helps to form a patriotic mood among citizens. They begin to understand the value of their homeland, respect for its heritage and the desire to protect its interests.

Self-determination of the people: Providing information about historical events and processes will help the people of Kazakhstan better understand their past, on the basis of which they can build their future. Knowledge of history will help people determine their values, return to their roots and make appropriate decisions.


Objective of the project

The goal of the project is to study the history of the native land by conducting various thematic events among the population of Petropavlovsk.

Tasks:

-Increase the level of knowledge on the history of the native land among the population of Petropavlovsk

- Conduct a number of events dedicated to historical disciplines

- Increase the level of patriotism among the population of Petropavlovsk.


The target audience

First of all, the set of tasks of our project is aimed at working with the population of the city of Petropavlovsk. Separate activities are provided for students at the higher educational institution "Kozybaev University", as well as work with children attending the preschool institution of DUVU.


Project implementation methods

To implement the "HOKS" project, we carried out the following steps:
  1. Brochure Development: Creating informational materials containing key information about the history of Kazakhstan.
  2. Surveying: Designing a questionnaire with questions related to the project's theme, focusing on specific aspects of historical research.
  3. Communication: Developing a project promotion strategy, including the use of social media.
  4. Game Content: Creating interactive games that allow participants to immerse themselves in the history of Kazakhstan. Games may include quests, role-playing games, quizzes, and other forms of entertainment.
  5. Materials and Resources: Providing game content, including maps, props, and informational materials.
